3″ of rain in 45 Minutes can be a bitch in the dining room!
What a mess in the back pantry, the dorm and the pond. It’s a miracle if the fish survive. I scooped at least 100 pounds of sludge off the surface yesterday after the flood and yet a 2” layer remains…. One can only imagine how thick the new bottom is, it will take days to settle before I can dig that out!
The rain gauge had +/- 1″ in it before the rain started…
