Ivan was absolutely the rock star

Soft boiled organic eggs coated in tempura batter and panko and flash-fried on a bed of Hamakua mushrooms, grape tomatoes, sea asparagus (don't ask me, I don't know what it is), slivered almonds, crispy croutons crushed so that they just made a crunchy crunch, drizzled with truffle oil and sprinkled with a bit of fresh Parmasean
-when you cut the egg in half, the yolk drizzled out and mixed with all the salad ingredients...
-it was even more amazing than it sounds !!
